  I've been there 2 or 3 times. She listened very carefully and explained really well. Very efficient and very "human" and nice at the same time. Compared to the other 8/10 general doctors I have been in Berlin over the years, she is the one I would recommend 👌

  Stay away from this place. I can understand the waiting period if you go to a clinic without appointment, but it's been more than 4 hours and it is not at all crowded, clearly looking only for private customers. Also people in front desk are so rude and don't have any empathy towards the patients. I left the place without consultation, worst experience I ever had in Berlin. I will never come here again.

  Dr. Malak/Rieche is nice & a good doctor to see. Unfortunately, the office is usually hectic: Small waiting area + cramped reception area + lots of people coming in without appointments + long waiting times = a lot of stressed people.

  I can understand the waiting time of 3 or 4 hours when you don’t have an appointment, but with an appointment to wait minimum one hour until the doctor sees you is not normal. Really sorry Dr. Rieche/Malak.
