  The saleswoman is completely overwhelmed with clothing sizes. It is best to only buy something if you have chosen it yourself from the shelf and do not ask any questions. The selection is quite clear. Pity!!!!

  Very helpful and friendly staff. Very knowledgeable about the details and the range of their products. They were able to support me and convinced me into the Jack Wolfskin products by being able to provide all technical information about their jackets. And this all was in perfect English :)
