::I am always there for physiotherapy. You are always welcomed in a friendly manner, the treatments are good and professional. The doctor is always ready to listen. I feel very well cared for here.

::I can only recommend. Everything 1A

::The team is friendly but I cannot recommend the service. Communication with the patient leaves room for improvement. The doctor is always busy and leaves the impression of trying to get rid of the patient as soon as possible. I have been twice and every time had to wait in the waiting room for over 2h past my appointment time. The appointment itself was very brief, half of the conversation had to be done in the corridor when trying to catch the doctor who looked at me for one minute and was already on his way out without explaining the outcome of his examination. As per treatment, I was offered an expensive test (again, no explanation on what or why or how it would help, only an ad prospect that I could pick up at the reception) that is not covered by the insurance, and the doctor said he cannot do or recommend anything otherwise. I find it hard to believe.

::My impression is that the doctor only wanted to recommend a 250-euro procedure without doing a proper examination. Dr. Dilger has performed a very quick, superficial examination and disregarded my known previous conditions. Knowing that my spine discs were diagnosed to be damaged several years ago, he prescribed no MRI and no specific procedures, gave me a leaflet with exercises only after I specifically asked. Responding to complaints about knee pain - again, superficial examination, no MRI or Xray to see the exact condition of the knees, just a general comment about how to load the knees. As for the 250-euro pose analysis procedure, it may be a helpful diagnostic tool, but it's not a panacea and I'm sure that a lot can be done without it, using conventional diagnostic methods.

::No service and client orientation, reception are the worst possible staff you can hire - rude, inefficient, not able to assist properly, half of them don’t speak English. Doctors are more of sellers - after first visit (covered by TK) had to leave 250€ for some procedure highly advertised by the doc.
