::The star is for the employee! Otherwise it's all just lies and deception. It just doesn't work at all. The online portal is a huge disaster. And once everything has worked out! You get that there are currently no more funds available. Tactical, drawn out. Supposedly the technology is to blame... For me it's all just a scam.

::Disastrous accessibility. At 4 p.m. - an hour before work - you're already pushed away. After the second attempt, it is quickly set to “absent”. I've been trying to get information about my loan for 4 days now and can't reach ANYONE! This is shameful for a bank in the state of Lower Saxony!

::I am really very dissatisfied with this bank, unfriendly and incompetent employees on the phone! It is always said that there is a shortage of skilled workers, which is not the least bit surprising when such incompetent clerks are responsible for whether funding is given or not! You get the feeling that the responsible clerks are deliberately trying to put obstacles in your way so that you don't have to pay the funding.

::No feedback to the customer, neither by email, post or telephone. No one responds to inquiries sent via email and no one can be reached by phone. I would understand that a process can take longer if you get appropriate feedback. You won't get anything like that here. I've been waiting since 14!!! months to complete my cargo bike sponsorship. To this day I have not seen any money despite the approval. Transport and energy transition should be different. A disgrace of bureaucracy!
