::If you are really seriously ill, it is the first address in Erlangen and the surrounding area. Highly qualified staff and courteous treatment. Unfortunately, many in this emergency room seem to be confused with a private practice. Here a real emergency and not an "Aua Aua" is provided.

::My sister has been to the emergency room for the second time in 3 days. The first time she was sent away without any examination. The second time her blood was drawn and it was said that we would have to wait an hour for the results to be available. With a total waiting time of 5 hours, we rang the bell several times to find out what was happening, but in vain. The nurse was incredibly rude and didn't let us talk for 3 seconds and left. I haven't seen anything so dubious in my life, not even abroad !! NEVER AGAIN! Can only advise against the clinic.
