Wait 3 hours in the waiting room, then wait another 1 hour in the treatment room, then a doctor who only needs long ears to become a donkey. Two hours after me, other patients came and they were called before me 😳. Unfortunately I cannot give less than 1 star Simply disaster.

::Unfortunately you have to assign at least one star. This hospital is an absolute disaster. How cancer patients are dealt with here is underground. The oncology department M 1 has a chief physician Dr. Krauter who seems to be intelligent, but has no manners like normal greeting. When the rounds take place, the doctors stand next to him like tin soldiers and are completely intimidated. You can really feel the bad and fearful mood. Access cannot be made either, the patients are literally stabbed. Agreements are not noted, left does not know what right is doing. The head nurse with short blonde hair has such a low self-esteem that she sees everything as a personal attack and does not work in a solution-oriented and de-escalating way. That the clinic line does nothing here is a mystery. I can only advise every patient and family member to have everything given to them in writing.

::Well, it's not a health insurance park hotel. A hospital just remains a HOSPITAL. People work here who are sometimes in a better or not so good mood. That is precisely why the treatment should not be generalized: unfriendly staff and similar blah, with the Complain neither the doctor / nurse still know the accompanying circumstances. I believe that everything is done to the health of every single patient - only miracles are unfortunately performed elsewhere.
