::On Shrove Monday I wanted to withdraw cash from this ING ATM, but the Fronhofer Galeria was locked. There was no notice outside about the extra closing time and there were a lot of people standing in front of locked doors. What use is an ATM that is in a center that is only open at certain times??? And the nearest ING ATMs for ING customers can be found a whopping 8 to 15 kilometers away. There is clearly a need for improvement here by ING setting up at least one machine in a location in the Bad Godesberg area (usually at a gas station) that can be operated 24/7...

::ING ATM in the rear entrance area of the Fronhofer Galerie. Bright and easily visible ATM location - you feel safe when withdrawing money here. The only negative point: The machine does not allow individual note selection.
