::I'm really disappointed with the hospital! my grandma was in the hospital for several weeks! My family and I as granddaughter worried endlessly! My grandma was treated like a dog! The hospital is the very last !!! And now I get to hear my grandma's condition and I am shocked! honestly you should treat you staff the same way you treat the patents / my grandma! You should be treated like dogs! I hope so much that my grandma no longer has to go to the hospital with you, otherwise I'll go visit you and treat you like dogs!

::I gave birth to my two children in this hospital (2016 & 2019) and was extremely satisfied with the care and treatment during the births and I make a clear recommendation! The midwives and doctors are very empathetic, professional and provide excellent care / treatment. Even when there was a lot going on, they were always there for us. I bathed and had acupuncture during the delivery and was treated and cared for in a warm and friendly way. Big thanks to the delivery team - you are great! I have to distinguish something: I was in the maternity ward with my first child and here I would also award the five stars: The nurses, lactation consultants, doctors and midwives all treated and supported us warmly, sensitively and professionally. Here the mother-child bond is supported and strengthened. With my second child we had to go to the children's ward due to the classification as premature babies. Unfortunately, some of the sisters have been less empathetic towards both me and my baby. I am happy to have been assertive here, so I kept the bond with my baby and did not let myself be tempted to do things that I would have regretted in retrospect. However, the other part of the sisters was empathetic. I would like all sisters on the children's ward to support the mother-child bond. Because if the mother-child bond is promoted, the baby is also fine - that's my opinion. So I'm deducting one point. I had made up my mind to speak to the sisters concerned about my points of criticism when I was released, but unfortunately I did not meet them again. It also took my time to sort through my thoughts and feelings before engaging in conversation with them.

::My father was admitted to the heart center last year with severe symptoms. Although the cause of the symptoms was not found here, the attending physician in Ward 8 discharged my father seriously ill and without a diagnosis, stating that he should be examined further on an outpatient basis. When I insisted that I be transferred to the Berlin Buch hospital, the attending physician said to me "we don't want to play house drills" and refused the transfer. so my father was discharged seriously ill and died shortly afterwards without a diagnosis! In this hospital, economic interests clearly come before human lives!

::Highly recommended. We went to gastroenterology with our son and were extremely satisfied. The nurses and the doctors (especially Dr. Lenz) were competent, charming, explained everything calmly and were able to take some of our worries away. The nurses at the rescue center are adorable, friendly and always polite despite the stress. Especially in these difficult times, it cannot be taken for granted. We are excited! Many thanks to the employees involved.

::This hospital and the fantastic staff took great care of me when I came down with appendicitis during my holiday in Germany. At first, the language barrier was a little difficult, but after I was understood, I saw the accident and emergency nurses straight away and a doctor within the hour. It did take around eight hours to be diagnosed, but this was due to miscommunication. After diagnosis, I was taken straight to surgery where I felt I was in very good hands. I stayed in the hospital for five days to recover and I was very well taken of. All the staff tried so hard to break down the German to English language barrier which I appreciated greatly. Thank you so much to all the staff at Immanuel Hospital Bernau who helped me during my stay.
