::There is a lot to like about this hotel. It is very good value, it is close to the centre of town, close to the train station, close to restaurants and has cheap parking at 10E per night. The rooms are basic but quite new, large, clean, with a very comfortable large bed, good towels, room for two large suitcases, a small lounge and a desk. Our room was very quiet. They also serve breakfast for a fee (we didn't try it) and have a coffee machine in the foyer. Cons - the bathroom is small (not so small that I wouldn't return), only one pillow each, one towel, the reception staff are not unfriendly nor are they friendly! I stood at the desk twice and both were 'so busy' they did not even acknowledge me. Customer service? Why not at least look at me, smile and say, ' I'll be with you in a moment'. I am, after all, the person who helps to pay their wages! Saying that, I do have to compliment the very helpful and friendly cleaning lady who gave me an extra pillow and towel, with a smile - thank you.

::We always stay at this Ibis when we visit Nürnberg. It’s perfect in location to the old Wall City, the train station, and all means of transportation. Rooms are always nice, clean and comfortable. One thing to keep in mind is that they do not turn AC on until May. We had a warm streak in April one year, had to sleep with windows open for breeze. But, that is just common in Germany.

::Great location for city and train station was travelling with work and needed an early departure at the train station. Staff seemed friend ly. Hotel room. Is basic but functional... No fridge or tea coffee etc. No food on site and self serve bar in reception but entry of places to eat nearby

::Basically exactly what I expected from an Ibis hotel, a basic room to sleep in at night and that's about it no extra frills. The staff service was good and friendly. We opted for the breakfast buffet which was tasty and had good variety, open from 6:30am until 10am. Our room seemed to have good noise insulation, we couldn't hear anything from next door aside from some really loud french teens at 1:30am making a bunch of noise in the hallway. The AC only seemed to heat, which wasn't too much of an issue because in winter we could just open the window, but the thermostat only seemed to respond when we increased the temperature above 21c. There was a ventilation fan in the room that was quite noisy, luckily it was on a timer and turned off in the evening before it would become an issue with sleep and all that. Even though the room was small, the bed had lots of space under it to put some of our bags so they didn't take up all the floor space. Shower had good pressure and temperature, we didn't use the provided 3 in 1 soap however. Location was great, a short walk to the main train station and also bordered the old city so an easy walk in for sight seeing.

::Nice staff and accommodations were good, a bit worn. My only issue is that I requested a room with two separated beds and they gave us one bed, for the two adult males (not a couple) in our party. So we had to purchase another room. This was after months ago confirming that they could accommodate this request. Also, we have stayed at many IBIS hotels and this had the smallest rooms, by far.
