::Bed was okay on first night, swapped rooms and bed wasn't great on second. Showers didn't work particularly well. Reception staff very good though. Drinks are pricey. Location isn't too bad I suppose. Looks a little run down from outside.

::The location is sort of in the middle of nowhere which meant there were few places to buy food at or to eat out. Also difficult with public transport- many changes required to get to the airport. The receptionists were nice until I got very ill and felt they could've accommodated me a lot better - kept paying €3 for half the cup of tea and they seemed to be not interested that I'm ill and will have to leave in a few hours.

::Simple, functional rooms. Very helpful staff. Not much around to do but thats no fault of the hotel.

::Actually it is the first time in frechen and in Germany as well but my impression is great as the hotel is so good, the reception is great, room is very nice. Thanks Ibis koeln frechen

::The staff were very welcoming and friendly. However, the room was very very cold despite turning the thermostat up as high as it could go.
