  My stay at the Ibis Frankfurt Centrum was extremely satisfying. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and provided a cozy atmosphere. Although the bathroom was a bit small, it was still sufficient and well-equipped.The reception staff deserve special praise for their friendliness and professional assistance with any questions or concerns. They made the check-in and check-out process a smooth experience.The breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection of foods that were freshly prepared and delicious. The quality of the food was remarkable, and there was plenty of variety to cater to every taste.Overall, my experience at the Ibis Frankfurt Centrum was highly enjoyable, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfortable accommodation in Frankfurt.

  I'm visiting this hotel for one night. I got small room with twin bed and small bathroom. In the room you have bottle with water. In conclusion, a small and nice room without a view from the window. On the lobby you have restaurant & pub you can to order pizza or beer. This hotel location 10 minutes from the train station center.

  I have already stayed at the Ibis hotel twice for work and the truth is that I would not like to return. Firstly, the customer service is not very efficient. The service is very slow and you have to ask for the same thing several times for them to listen to you. There seems to be no communication or coordination between the staff. We put our credit card so they could charge us for breakfast every day, but every morning they made us go to reception to ask again for breakfast to be charged. That was really annoying. Secondly, the cleaning staff comes to your room at around 8 am to clean it and it is uncomfortable since it wakes you up. The cleaning man smelled very bad. Breakfast does not have much variety. The rooms are not very spacious and are a bit cold. What I would rescue is the location, the taste of the food and the elevators.

  The hotel wasn't quite as close to the train station as I thought, but the location was fine overall. There was no lower seal on the shower door so it leaked water all over the bathroom - when I went down to request towels to clean up the water, they were never delivered. My husband had to go back down to the desk and tell them that we would not be held responsible for any water damage before we got adequate toweling. No offer to move us to a different room was made - we weren't even offered a complimentary beverage for our troubles. For over 200 Euros a night, I don't think it's too much to ask for a working shower that doesn't make a huge mess. The check-in and -out lines were also very long each day.

  This hotel is an extremely good option for those going to stay in Frankfurt. Although there are a lot of options of hotels near the central station, the area for some people could be a little disappointing. But this hotel is conveniently away from that area (almost in front of the river) and within a walking distance of the station. Less than half a mile. In very good shape, great staff and excellent breakfast.
