::Stay away from this bank. The customer service is absolutely abysmal. I've had to fight for weeks to get an inherited account. Nobody knows anything, nobody feels responsible and it's always the same "we'll take care of it and call you then and then" and simply nobody calls. Then after days you try to figure it out yourself again and you just hang on the phone loop for years and then don't get any information again. The boss never seems to be there because he is simply unavailable. Better go to the competition.
