  Unfortunately, the branch has now become a ghost branch where you can no longer get anything done. I've been trying to transfer the account to me for months - nothing happens. My two emails weren't even answered. They can no longer be reached by phone either. You have to call Munich and then you're on hold for a very long time. The result was then another useless 40 minutes today. Then completely hung up in frustration.

  The bank branch is empty, no one goes in and the employee says he can open a new account only with an appointment, what do you get for next week. But they can't be reached by phone either.

  I usually do my banking here as it is usually on the way at lunchtime. the staff are friendly and the coffee is good :)
