  I can highly recommend the branch. The advice is very friendly and competent. They also took a lot of time to advise me on my concerns and then dealt with them quickly, so that I felt like I was in very good hands at the bank.

  We were welcomed at the HVB branch in Neustadt a.d. Donau gave very competent and friendly advice, we felt comfortable and that's why we decided to open an account etc. with this bank. We also received immediate assistance with problems or questions afterwards. We can therefore recommend HVB!

  Recision from the predecessor is not at all comprehensible. The branch has its opening hours during which an employee can be reached immediately. Of course, no one can be reached in the branch outside opening hours. But in the Hypo online service it is. Very nice and competent employees in the Neustadt a branch. d. Danube. I recommend the branch to everyone. (my concerns at the time: real estate financing and opening an account)

  20..30 minutes on hold for 5 days. No callback due to request for real estate financing. No one needs to check off a bank that is not reachable.
