  Utterly incompetent personnel at the reception, not understanding their own IT system and job they are doing. It seems that when entering the branch, you as a customer must know also the solution to your problem in advance, otherwise you won't get your problem solved. Of course if you are willing to go to the branch 3,4,5,... times then no problem.
