You should be happy about every customer and take an example from Commerzbank, e.g. to take!! - Compulsory wearing of a mask in front of and behind the counter despite the built-in Plexiglas (which can possibly lead to shortness of breath or breathing difficulties) is a "no-go"! P.S .: Longstanding customer for over 17 years! The bank will be changed after yesterday's disappointing "experience", or the account will be closed soon !!

::Extremely incompetent! I would love to give -1 star! My friend was there for 1 1/2 years and only had problems! The bookings are booked WITHOUT apparent reason and he came twice to restrict the PayPal account and once even to the blocking! Also at netflix there was an account lock of 6 weeks because the HypoVereinsbank withdrew the payment for no reason! My friend was rarely informed about the chargebacks and often had to pay fines that included more than € 100! No problem has arisen since he changed banks
