Great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped check us in early and were super friendly to my kids. The hotel is stunning inside and out. Our room was clean and comfortable. Fantastic location. The hotel is located in the center of Heidelberg Altstadt. Everyone in my family enjoyed our stay. We will be back.

A very nice, clean, quiet hotel in the heart of Heidelberg-Altstadt. Our group of 4 had 4 single rooms, and all rooms were clean & comfortable. All four of us were very satisfied with this hotel and we will definitively stay here when we go here again. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. There was a nice breakfast offering that had everything we needed.

Lovely hotel right in the centre of town. Location can't be better than this, and the hotel is really nice in a building build in 1592 and that has a lot of character. On top of that, the people running the hotel are really friendly and happy to help. Would recommend 10/10 experience!

I spent one night at this hotel and had a good experience. The staff was nice and helpful. The building is exquisite being built in 1592. It is centrally located to all that Heidelberg has to offer. The rooms do not have air conditioning but mine had a fan. The others probably did as well. The fan was helpful. Wifi was spotty but that didn’t bother me.

If you want to be in the heart of Heidelberg's old town there is not a hotel better. Walk out the front door and you are in the square. The hotel built in 1592 has a warmth and charm that makes the stay magical. Rooms are clean, fairly large for how old the hotel is, and nicely furnished with comfortable beds. We had a room towards the back so no noise from the college students drinking at night. I'd stay again without question.
