::Great hotel with nice rooms, amazing food and a cosy spa. The staff are nice and friendly.

::Hotel was nice and renovated in the common areas, but rooms were very dated. That would be fine if it was just an aesthetic issue, but the facilities in the rooms were very poor. For more than $200 a night we got no mini-fridge, no AC, old fashioned key for the door, cramped shower space even though there is an entire bathtub to work with, water temperatures which fluctuate between scalding hot and ice cold every ten second - my wife lightly burned her back our first night before we’d known about this issue - and this isn’t even counting the night the hot water broke. Sadly no maintenance staff on duty at night so they couldn’t do anything. And to top it off the room we stayed in got no wifi. Used cellular the entire stay. Maybe this review would be higher if I used more of the public facilities which genuinely looked nice. But I was out most of the day and so only know this hotel based on their room quality. I would not stay again. If I had to give a positive for the rooms it was that the bedding was quite comfy. Had some weird choices for the bedding style but I think that’s just Europe. I encountered this same style in other European hotels.

::Stayed here during a work training event as it was in a convenient location. Easy access to parking at the side and rear of the hotel. It was busy though I always managed to find a space. Opposite the hotel is a historic tower and a street leading to more historical landmarks and a church. The hotel is situated right next to a small fast flowing river. A well made path is easily accessible from the left of the hotel entrance. I stayed in a second floor room overlooking the river that was spacious and clean. Plenty of storage space for clothes etc, a safe, a desk and the bathroom was adequate size. The spa facilities are excellent and well equipped. 2 types of sauna, steam room, small indoor and outdoor pools with plenty of space to sit and relax. It was a very relaxing environment. There is even a place to enjoy free tea, water and a few snacks.

::If you stay for more days you will enjoy the wellness and the pool. In winter time, it was not crowded. If you had no time to visit the wellness, it might be better to choose an other business hotel nearby, because of the price. The breakfast is also very delicious.

::The hotel can be described as nice, comfortable, quite, and contemporary in terms of amenities. The room is spacious and the furnishing is okay. Located in a quite, small town and the facility appears to be a sort of 'get away' and relaxation center. Staff and locals are very friendly. All in all, a good place for family and personal vacation to get away from the hustle and bustle of big city life. However, there is no airconditioning in the rooms. Fans are provided.
