::I had a really bad experience with the staff from the hotel parking. One of the guys behaved very hostile, even verbally agressive, his behavior being unappropriate to a five star hotel. I recommend the management team to select their personnel more carefully. This guy does not belong there. Really ruined my day.

::I didn't stay at that hotel. But I seek help and they did a great deal in helping me. Early this year 9 Jan, I parked my rental car opposite the hotel. Came back and found my car was lost. Being a tourist and new to Germany, I had no idea what to do next. Went to the hotel to seek help and the lobby receptionist (a lady) went all the way calling local police and town council. Finally it was discovered that my car was towed away due to unauthorized parking. I forgot the hotel staff's name as it could be difficult for me to remember a German name but I am very very grateful for her help. It made a very memorable memory in Germany.

::Everything about this hotel is luxury. The building is beautiful, especially the public spaces within. Service is absolutely impeccable, as every desire is met, and met promptly. Our suite was a bit tight, but the quality was excellent. Beds, pillows, bathrooms…. all superb. On-site restaurant is excellent, though we did have to wait quite a while to be served. This is not a problem if you’re not rushed. Breakfast buffet is vast, but vegetarian options are a bit thin. Location is on a high-end shopping street around the corner from the Residenz. You’re only a few blocks from Marienplatz and Frauenkirche. On-site shopping is luxe. The concierge was able to arrange for us to find a driver who had good connections with the local sights that were otherwise sold out.

::A very good place to stay at the center of the city. Service is perfect and very helpful, Anga was so helpful booking for us places, finding a service for our damaged glasses and overall - great service even in Japanese standards. Breakfast is great - huge variety of food for everyone, high quality and the chef would take special requests like in a fine dining restaurant. The room was specious and very comfortable.

::I had an exceptional experience at Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski München. From the moment we entered, the staff's incredible attentiveness ensured our every need was met. The hotel's beauty and numerous amenities, coupled with spacious and luxuriously appointed rooms, exceeded our expectations. Its prime location allowed easy access to popular nearby destinations. A definite highlight was the outstanding breakfast included in our reservation—one of the best I've encountered in European hotels. The inviting lobby and two excellent restaurants added to the overall charm. A five-star stay in every aspect.
