  My family was stationed at Patch Barracks in Stuttgart, Germany from 1963 to 1966. We had the privilege of staying at the Vaihinger Hof as we arrived at our new duty station & when we received orders to leave. We enjoyed visiting there many times in those 3 years for lunch and dinner. The service was 5 Stars +.... The food was always delicious!!! We had 2 favorite Waitresses, Fraulein Mia & Frau Lisbeth. They treated us as if we were family. When we got ready to leave to come back to the United States, those 2 lovely ladies cried. I was 9 1/2 years old, and I remember crying alongside my brother. The Vaihinger Hof will always have a special place in our hearts. Thank you....

  This hotel is awful. It smells of smoke, the room was dirty, and the customer service was blah. I checked out early because the heavy smoke smell made it a challenge to breathe. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

  Fantastic food, great service. The first real dining experience I had here, this place is fantastic.

  Da ist ein Stern noch zuviel. Ein Nichtraucherzimmer glaube ich würde Extra kosten. Allerdings ist dieser Wunsch unerfüllbar. Es gibt nichts was nicht kaputt/defekt ist. Vom Fenster bis zum Teller beim Frühstück. Es ist nicht nur alt, es ist fertig.
