  Rooms were ok, standard but clean. No common area to sit after 20h, not a single sofa or chair so all you can do is sit in room in evening, not funny hotel. Nice breakfast.

  For me the rating is 4.5 stars! I liked the location of this hotel. It was very close to the centrum of the city and at this time the Christmas market. The staff was very very friendly. Always nice and very helpfull. I could use the gym early in the morning and I was very thankful for that because as a woman it's right now dark outside and to do some fitness in a safe space is very helpfull. The gym looks awesome and is really good. On an high note I was missing the water fountain but the rest was there. The stationary bike wasn't working and while I was after a one week break back again at the hotel it was still not repaired. Yes, there are reclining bikes there but sometimes a stationary bike is a ni e mix. The first room was very big and had a refrigerator and kitchen. The second room was smaller, still ok but I was missing the refrigerator even on cold days. At the beginning the heating system took one days time. That made the first morning a little bit cold. The breakfast is amazing. Fruits, sweets, eggs, cheese, sausages, tea, milk and more was there. Presented nicely. The taste was also very very good. If I'm back in the city again I would be booking the hotel in an heart beat again.

  I have a hate-love relationship with this hotel. I've been coming here in a yearly basis for work, and even though they proudly advertise their thematic rooms, I've never been given one. In fact, the rooms I've always been given are super impersonal and boring. I honestly wonder if they have those thematic rooms at all. Other than that, they have a reduced reception schedule (although people are kind), and the breakfast options are ok.

  It saved my life! after 40 hours of flight travels, tired and with the supposed place where I was going to be cancelled. I had to walk many kilometres with more than 40 kg of luggage, most hotels said that they were booked and had no rooms. This one could help me. It is very clean and looks nice and I suppose it has a noise suppressor or something because i didn't hear the exterior noises. Thanks to that I could sleep peacefully and start my recovery from the long travel

  It was very clean and considering this pandemic especially they were very careful with everything. What I loved the most was the staff that are really really friendly, and I must add: they take the personal wishes very seriously! I made my reservation and casually asked for a bathtub (as a nice to have) and when I arrived I saw that I got a double-room even I have paid for a single room, when I asked why they told me it is because it is the only room that has a bathtub :) felt great that they went above and beyond to fulfill my casual wish. And breakfast was very good too. I would definitely recommend!
