::I booked a comfort room with Balcony. No room with balcony was given. Real problem was an uncomfortable bed, which could break someone's spinal cord. This hotel should not be rated as 4 stars. The location doesn't justify the prices. Won't recommend.

::Only the swimming pool was closed and it wasn't mentioned on the website nor booking.com. breakfast was superior, but a lot of wasps.

::I do not understand how so many German locations have 4 stars, if they lack room service and air condition, which are basic in any other countries already at 3 star hotels. Why the TVs still have 15 inches? Why not lowering the price if the swimming pool is not open? On the good side, the rooms are very clean, the beds are very comfortable and the food is good. A perfect place for the seniors.
