::I booked a room with a NON-REFUNDABLE rate at this hotel for a meeting that would take place in Frankfurt. Unfortunately, harsh winter weather conditions in my home country led to travel restrictions, with all transportation canceled under a red alert. Despite explaining this to the hotel (after 32 calls), they strictly declined my waiver request and refused a refund for the cancellation. While I acknowledge the non-refundable nature of my booking, the circumstances were beyond my control due to an official government alert because of the weather (i provided them all documentation about the official government decisions and cancellations). I expected more understanding and empathy, especially as colleagues supposed to participate in the same meeting who booked in different hotels received full refunds for similar non-refundable bookings during the same dates because those hotels understood that it is a "force majeure" and due to the weather conditions and official announcements. Besides, I even offered to reschedule my dates so that they dont need to give my money back, but they even declined that as well. While I understand their policy, I believe that "customer-centricity" and "empathy" should be prioritised in this industry. Yes, it was a non-refundable rate, yes, they have the full right to reject my cancellation or rescheduling request, but there is a reason why we are humans but not robots! Anyway, apparently, they are.

::The service is so not good!The very mild room and good location CANNOT account for the poor service they have here. I don’t even ask for royal treatment, just some standard respect when talking to staying guests would be appreciated. But NO, very bossy, very unsupportive staffs even with simple task like checking room number for breakfast service. Please stay here at your own risk!

::We stayed for 2 nights. The room was small but clean. The employees were attentive. The hotel was in a very central location. We were able to easily access crowded areas by walking. Free wifi. Thanks

::The location was so ideal! It was easy to walk everywhere and there are lots of things to do in the surrounding area. The hotel staff were all extremely helpful! While the room was a little smaller than I expected, I actually found it to be perfectly sized. It was super clean and well maintained.

::The room is impossible to stay in summertime due to no AC and really poor ventilation for the reason that the windows can’t be fully opened. Also, the hotel is located in a really noisy area, once the window is opened, it’s too noisy to fall asleep. Further, though some of the receptionists are nice, one in the morning is particularly rude and slow in response, which worsen the whole staying experience. Definitely not recommend of staying at all.
