::Being a wellness hotel they must have vegan and vegetarian food options. Also they are upgrading the beds and also need to upgrade the toiletries in the rooms. Water in the indoor pools to be refreshed more often . Service is super . Staff is great.

::good hotel, but make sure you get a room in the main house if you want the panoramic view and have WLAN!! update: so now after 8 years I receive a notice from Google. The hotel wants my review removed, falsely stating that I have not actually stayed there.. very interesting

::Sehr aufmerksam !! Very friendly staff. My child has got allergy and they were very service oriented to adjust the salad dressing to milk allergy client, same goes for the dessert.

::We stayed here in April 2023 in the off-season. The hotel is easy to get to and has parking at the front. The staff are friendly, speak great english and are very welcoming and helpful. Because it was off-season, we were upgraded to a more luxurious room at no extra cost. The panorama pool is amazing in all weather! The breakfast is a extensive buffet and suited to all tastes and diets. I'd actually like to visit again!

::We stayed here to finish off our Black Forest tour. We were welcomed enthusiastically with some bubbles and shown to our room, which was comfortable and as expected. We loved the sauna and spa facilities and spent a long while in the outdoor pool too - video to boot. We had half board and enjoyed the food, but might have preferred an a la carte menu. Breakfast was good. All in all, would recommend.
