::We had booked a night in January 2020 and had to cancel because our flight was cancelled from United States to Germany due to COVID-19. The hotel would not reimburse the night. It is not a customer service I am expect.

::Lost in the 80s. Without trade shows regularly organized in Hannover, the hotel will be bankrupted. During the fair season hotel rises regular rate per night from 55 EUR to 235 EUR. Cuisine and overall service is awful. It happen to me for the first time, when hotel in Germany cheated me. Finally I paid even higher price as confirmed in written when booking.

::The room looks like it was the last room available and decorated from the 70's. The TV was still Cathodic Tube design if you can believe. Breakfast is very poor and there is no water in the room.
