::Perfect for airtravel arrival and departure. Also for business in Düsseldorf. Rooms have latest amenities, super clean. Very nice, helpful staff, followed recommendations and enjoyed a great dinner. Had to check out at 4 30 in the morning so no breakfast but seeing what they where preparing looked great. Gave credit for no breakfast . Will be back

::My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights while visiting friends in Meerbusch. It is a cozy hotel with newly remodeled rooms and bathrooms. The mattresses were very comfortable and everything was very clean! The service was exceptional and the staff was very friendly. They made us an afternoon snack even though the kitchen was closed. The manager helped us find local businesses and generally went out of his way to help us in everything we needed to do. The breakfast was very good and affordable. We even invited our friends over for breakfast outside on the terrace. It was perfect! The room rates are great; due in part to not providing in-room telephones or minibars. We got our beverages at the full service bar in the hotel (great prices) and we have mobile phones. The Wi-fi works great for our iPhones and both Mac and Windows computers. We have already recommended this hotel to our friends and will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

::The hotel is comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the food is good. Why 1 star? The WiFi does not work. For a business stay, that is a serious problem. It accommodates some phones/tablets/computers but not a lot of others. Neither my phone, nor my computer could connect. My German IT friend who came for a drink could not connect his own phone. They have a problem. I reported it, but they do not have the staff to handle this. A diagnostic on my Mac indicated that a possible source of the problem is that the router broadcasts a built-location different than Germany (internet purchase?) I reported this tentative diagnostic as well. They did acknowledge that a certain number of guests had been reporting not being able to connect. Beware...
