::They call themselves "Superior" this and that. Their 4 course menu was pretty decent. Just couldn't understand how a table of 7 got plates and food in 3 different temperatures. The wine suggestions was great price/value. Breakfast was good, solid standard. The mattress was way to soft, the pillows flat. Wanted to try out the bar but it was over flowing. I guess that means it is good, just can't vouch for it personally.

::Very nice hotel near the heart of pirmisons. The hotel bar is something else, it seems to be the liveliest one in the town. It has a quiet, inviting atmosphere, and they have a very complete bar. The hotel itself is very nice. The rooms are clean and updated, and the breakfast is great. In the evenings the dinner at the restaurant is second to none. A very nice little hotel.

::This is a lovely hotel with a warm and professional staff, run by the Kunz family who are from Winzeln and know the area and its history well. The rooms are clean and comfortable with nice beds and bathrooms. My room looked out over the street in front of the hotel and offered a nice view as well as abundant fresh air. The restaurant is first rate with delicious cuisine of the area and very good service from the staff. They also feature local wines and beers. I highly recommend the Hotel-Restaurant Kunz in Pirmasens-Winzeln Germany.
