  Horrible hotel. Very impolite staff. I paid 129 euro in advance and they did not have the room available. We had to leave and find an other hotel without any refund.

  We booked a room via booking.com and chose this hotel as when setting a filter “dogs accepted” the hotel showed up. upon our arrival the lady said our room doesn’t allow any dogs and we should go to another hotel. As my sister booked a room next door I would rather not look for something else in the evening. After hearing a lecture that it is my fault that I did not call them and I would rather find something else. I asked her to check if she can do something.She actually checked and there was a room available. No problem actually in the end just unnecessary let out of her emotions and blame on me. Once the room was found we were asked to pay 270€ in cash as the card reader doesn’t work. She asked us to go to a bank but hurry up as she doesn’t have time to wait. In the end there was a wedding happening the same night on the same floor, the jacuzzi was out of service, the kitchen closes at 8pm so we stayed without dinner in a noisy room for a lot of money.

  It is a good hotel for price. But they have cut some corners. Example minibar is replaced with vending machine. Out side in hallway.

  Clean rooms, and a good breakfast. Slept like a rose.
