::The photos do not do this place justice. It is a cute, quaint, extremely clean hotel. The bed is comfortable, and the room is spacious, with lots of storage space and a massive TV. The bathroom is very clean, and there are extra towels and washrags in the drawers. My check-in was a bit blah, as there was no greeting or welcome from the front desk staff; she just asked for our IDs and credit cards. It would have been nice for her to tell us what the hotel offered, like a y gym with a sauna and complimentary breakfast. The gym is good, by the way, far more equipped than the average hotel gym. But what the front desk staff lacked in warmth, the rest of the staff made up for. The service team in the restaurant is awesome, very welcoming, amicable, and service-oriented. The drinks are great, and so is the food. The Irish rib eye was cooked to perfection 👌🏾. Overall, it was a great experience; it was well worth the price.

::We stayed at this hotel for 10 days and it was fantastic. Especially notable was the awesome restaurant attached to the hotel which served a spectacular breakfast and dinner. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful at all times. The bathroom and shower are very small by US standards but pretty reasonable by European standard. We really enjoyed our stay here and we definitely recommend it. I hope we will be back soon!

::Location is bad there’s literally nothing nearby and the public transport sometimes u need to wait 2-3 hours for a bus. Moreover the staff from reception to the cleaning staff they are all so rude, their attitude is sometimes so bossy or even impolite. All the time even u say hi to them u don’t get a reply, if you have a small request you will be replied with a strange look and an argument which will turn your mode off. If you intend to stay longer then u better ignore their attitude and give up your requests or questions. The worst memory I have from Kaiserslautern is this hotel and their staff. Everything else was wonderful. I decide to leave this comment hoping they will change their attitude or the readers not to choose staying in that hotel.

::This is a gem to stay at. I took the family and we had plenty room, and enjoyed their breakfast. We stayed at the hotel for dinner and it was delicious. The soap and shampoo ran out, so that was a bummer. Also the location hugged up against a blind turn so you have to be really carefull when you cross the street when staying in the room detached from the main hotel. I would ask for a room on the main building if you have kids.
