::Stayed 3 nights for my 70th birthday (27 March 2018) Would give 5star for unfriendly, surly and unhelpful staff who appear to have an issue with the british. Stay here at your peril unless you are fluent in german! I can empathise with the reviews of other guests of this establishment. Fawlty Towers without the humour!

::I arrived at 10 pm after long flight,, they asked my to pay cash but I don't have the amount of money at that time,, they said I must pay cash on arrival, I asked them if I can pay next morning since I will stay 6 nights,, no way, I went to ATM and paid them. The toilet was sharing, and I don't know that when I booked otherwise I will not book in this hotel,, WiFi very poor in the room. Expensive compare with the quality.

::2. Some people from the personal were impolite. Room smelled bad. No WiFi connection possible. Was still clean ( I hope! ) The breakfast ok and the cleaning lady quite lovely.

::It was average hotel. Wasn't soundproof but very easy access to train it is just behind the hotel so it was great for me...

::No Wi-Fi in the rooms. Unfriendly/ unhelpful staff and the rooms smell like they are often smoked in. There is NO Wi-Fi in the rooms. I raised the issue with receptionist and she didn't care. Another customer with the same issue told me that it was a better connection in the dining room. But I wasn't allowed in there as they only allow people to enter the dining room for breakfast. Even though no one was in there so I wouldn't be disturbing anyone, she still wouldn't let me in to get Wi-Fi (which I had paid for). Total rip off. Another customer complained that their room smelt like a smoker had been there before her (as did mine) and she was requesting another room. The receptionist told her 'no smoking in room'. The customer told her again that she doesn't want to smoke, she wants a room that doesn't stink like smoke... again the receptionist replied 'no smoking in room'. Absolutely useless!
