The hotel is nice looking. The staff was ok. He was nice and check in was easy. The rooms are a decent size. We requested two rooms. One was two twin beds and one was a quadruple with a queen bed and 2-sofa beds. The twin beds weren't separated and we had to try to make some space between them. The quadruple room was not bad, but it only got one sofa bed. The biggest issue was NO A/C. I know it's not a common thing in Europe, but the hotel does have it, they just don't turn it on in the winter. The day was "warmed" for winter. We opened the windows, again not a big deal, but we were on the first floor. You could hear everybody talking and walking outside. You can hear the pipes from other rooms too. If you weight more than 200 lbs, you probably won't fit in the shower. Just know that this hotel is very low end and it's ok for one night. I wouldn't recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good and varied breakfast which was good value with children. Would happily visit again.

We had to cancel our room due to the Munich airport closure. We kindly asked for a refund or a voucher at least to be able to use in the future and they were extremely rude and reluctant to give any kind of refund or reimbursement. We were unable to travel due to weather conditions, and we cancelled the day before as that’s when our flight was cancelled, so they were still able to use the room for someone else I’m sure. The lack of understanding and empathy was appalling. We frequent Munich and will never come back, and we will be sure to let everyone we know to never stay here. Every other hotel we had reserved in Germany and Austria for our trip were completely understanding and cancelled and even refunded without issue. Not Hotel New Orly…anyway not recommended unless you want to deal with snarky and inhumane people. EDIT: I have attached the email I sent to your staff Tuesday (05/12) Morning. I also sent emails through booking explaining the situation and sent the cancellation request the minute the airline cancelled our flight. I received an email saying “sorry we can’t cancel, the policies were clear when you booked”. Maybe it’s a cultural difference, but I found this response rude considering the current situation in Munich. Again maybe I was too sensitive, but as an international city, and a hotel, I would hope in the future you would be a little more polite to your customers.

300 eur a night for one of the smallest and most uncomfortable beds I've ever had to sleep in, in a tiny room with no air conditioning. Incredibly noisy both nights, too. Didn't even include breakfast. Checked out early to avoid having to stay another night and wasn't even asked how my stay was at reception. One extra star foe having a friendly barman.

We visited Munich in August and stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. We were not satisfied due to the following reasons. Although we booked a family room for 4 people, the room was too narrow, because in fact it was a double room with a double bed added. So the remaining space was too limited. Also there was no air conditioning. A small fan was completely insufficient to make us feel a little better since the temperature was often climbing at 32 degrees. Additionally there were no window sieves and many insects were entering the room day and night. The available fridge was too small, was not working well and could hardly cool the water. Finally, I would like to point out that during the entire 7 days that we stayed there, the sheets were not changed even once. In conclusion, I can't even imagine how this hotel can be rated as a four-star hotel.
