  The cleanliness of the room was excellent and traffic noise was well dampened even though the hotel is located roadside. I am satisfied with both, room and front service. Transportation is also good (near Ostbahnhof, 10 minutes by tram to downtown). But bar operation has problems. It takes too much time to order or pay. The female staffs are very friendly. However, the male staff does not pay attention to the Asian guests.

  The rooms were really nice and comfy but the bathroom felt a little cramped. The hotel was really lovely and breakfast and the bar were really nice too. Breakfast was only continental, no warm food. I like the design of hotel motel one and have been to a few, they always hold a good standard.

  Good hotel, a modern room with al the essentials you would need. Lovely service and people overal. The price was one of the best in compressing to the rest, also it is near a big station where you can navigate to anywhere in the city. We really enjoyed our stay in Munich, thank you very much!

  Im very happy with my 3 night stay here. Comfortable beds, room very modern, big enough safe that fit my 16 inch laptop. Very clean. AC worked great and can be adjusted to own liking of temperature. Very close to the east station

  The Hotel is a very clean and excellent standard overall. I am a long stay visitor and the staff are excellent with coping with special requirements . The management and counter staff have all been so helpful during my stay. When I return to Munich this will be my hotel of first choice
