  Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und das Personal verfügt über sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse. Wir sind gerne hier und kommen demnächst zum 3. Mal wieder. Der Weg zum Dom ist nicht weit und auch die Einkaufspassage ist nahe liegend und gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

  We've stayed here twice and we will be here a third time. It's a great hotel within walking distance of the Altstadt and the shopping area of Köln. Rooms are small, but clean. Breakfast is very good. And the hotel has a parking. The staff is very friendly too. And all of this is very affordable. I know where I'm staying next time 🙂

  Odalar güzel ve temiz, resepsiyon dakiler yardımcılar ama iki erkek olarak gidiyoruz ve tek büyük yatak veriyorlar, sonra israrla biz gay değiliz diyoruz ve iki ayrı yataklı oda alıyoruz 😀 Ama genel olarak memnun kaldık. Gayet güzel

  Good location. Nearby supermarket and shopping area. No room service as hotel does not have any in house restaurant. Even morning breakfast is outsourced to some company so only breakfast is available. No tea coffee or any other room service. Even no kettle in the room to have warm water . Good part is location and always smiling n helping receptionist who is of Italian origin.

  Well I spend a lot of time in several Motel One Hotels and this one is the best of all! Mathias (the hotel manager) and his team are bringing customers satisfaction up to a new level! You’re feeling like at home. All accessible via wheelchair and if something isn’t working fine: just let them known! Awesome and well located.
