::A great hotel which embraces its seventies retro styles. The chairs, lights, even the breakfast room and details are original. The service is customer oriented as we could store our bikes and leave our luggage to discover the area the next day. The room was very clean and the pool was a great extra :D

::It's an old building BUT the SERVICE is excellent! Hardly find that in Germany anymore ..perfectly friendly, helpful, extraordinary staff ***** Therefore, five stars and a GREAT THANK YOU The building is from the seventies and that's how it looks from the inside- anyways: the CLEANING is perfect. THANK YOU, Sara! We also always had super sweet conversations at the breakfast buffet with Nina - we were very happy to always get the extra croissants and pancakes ^^ The pool is tiny and dark, cause in cellar, but you get as many sauna towels as you wish for free at the reception, we could always easily swop for new ones. Receptionist were available non-stop till 11pm. The SAUNA (90°) is in a nice little corner, so guests can easily respect each others privacy and everyone politely did so. Multiple cool showers for afterward refreshing... We very much enjoyed it.... The location is perfect, since u are next to supermarket, pizzeria, ice-cream shop and tram. 5MIN to the SAAR.... For better u need to pay triple the price.

::The location is good as the city center is easily reachable by foot or tram. However, the rooms are badly soundproofed. In fact, I could hear my neighbors snoring, speaking and flushing their toilet through the wall.

::Very nice and clean hotel. Check-in and checkouts are quite late which is great, there is no stress of having to get up super early to leave. The pool is also open all day, from 8:00-22:00, we went in the evening and it was completely empty. They have a nice sauna as well. Breakfast is nice, there are some vegetarian options but I didn't see anything vegan (maybe just some cucumber and tomato but that's not a full breakfast). Room was a bit cold (it's now late September) but overall nice and comfortable.

::Nice and friendly old man at the reception. Very helpful. Hotel is quite old and far from city center. Plus smoking is allowed inside. Single room is terribly small. Internet service fluctuates. It may be OK for tourists but definitely not Dr business travelers.
