  Spent a wonderful two-week there for a business trip. Staff members are super friendly and helpful. The spa, the lounge, and the rooftop space are some of the most asthetically pleasing places I have ever been. They really put in the effort to make sure that their guest can have the best experiences. I also particularly like that you can pick a specific kind of pillow. As someone who has chronic neck pain, standard hotel pillows always give me a tough time. So you can only imagine how much I appreciate that they have a neck support pillow available. Will give 10 stars if I can! A small suggestion: It would be great if there is an estimated time written on the laundry machine.

  I couldn't recommend Hotel Luise enough. Not only as a business hotel (with outstanding and memorable meeting spaces), but as a PERFECT weekend getaway. I travel quite a bit, but Erlangen is by far my favourite city to cycle/walk in. The bikes the hotel provided were perfect for visiting the nearby park, and heading out to dinner in the evening. The nature spaces the owner created in the hotel from the calming ponds, to the tiny forest is inspiring and heart warming. A memorable, family-run hotel with a real passion for #sustainability. We will be returning 100%.

  i was there for a wedding with a party of about 20 people. We had a great time at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfy, we had 2 children with us who also enjoyed their stay. The buffet in the morning was probably one of the best continental breakfast we have had- plentiful with lots of coffee as is needed in the morning. We would not hesitate to recommend the hotel and will be staying there again next time we visit Erlangen

  Stayed here recently for a wedding and was very impressed by the hotel. Great location with lovely clean rooms and friendly staff. Our kids loved staying in the Castle room which has nice quirky fee and is of a good size for a family of 4. Only thing I would change are the pillows which were quite soft. Would definitely stay here again
