::I hope the receptionist who was an absolute 10/10 legend reads this. In a series of unfortunate events, I had a chocolate bar melt in my right pocket of my jeans, and everything in it was covered with it, it was an awful nightmarish event. Thankfully I went here and asked to go to a toilet, telling the whole story. No charge, the guy told me where they were and he’s an absolute livesaver. I totally forgot his name!!!!! but he’s a legend

::I found a great deal directly from their website to get 3 nights for the price of 2. The room was clean and welcoming after a long day of walking around the city. The staff were friendly and had the patience for my poor German skills. They can speak English well if you would prefer to speak it.

::The rooms are quite small, the bed was not that comfortable...I don't know, maybe only my room was like that. As it's centrally located the noise from the street can be heard with open windows. However the spa area is amazing and recommended!

::The hotel is very nice, it even had a library! Which is a nice touch. The staff is friendly and hotel is clean. The noise level is not so bad. it does have air conditioning. Didn't have chance to use their spa or sport facilities. But would love to go back again.

::The Good: Nicely located in front of the main station, breakfast is well diversed, room was clean, and the walls are sound proof. The Bad: Lights went out in my room in the middle of the night, and they could neither fix it nor offer me another room, nor a refund! The Ugly: The receptionist supervisor could be way more friendly. To be fair the receptionist was friendly until his supervisor interrupted the conversation and started shouting at me! There is neither a fridge nor a minibar in the room (which is weird for a 4 star hotel!), and they are unbelievably persistent on phishing guest data! Upon check-in I was asked to sign an authorization for them to keep my data beyond the normal legally allowed period, and when they knew that I was there on business, they asked for my business card, and additionally insisted on getting my own personal address! Since when is it an obligation to share additional business data than what the hotel has been already given for billing purposes?!
