::The reception was not friendly at all, room is not soundproof, very early in the morning waked up by the music from the next room. The coffee cup was not clean. Bad experience

::A clean , quiet, but very old-fashioned hotel with comfortable beds and a big bathroom. Breakfast is too expensive (18€) for what you get and that counts also for the price of the room per night.

::Good, comfortable, quiet rooms. Delicious buffet breakfast. Just be aware that a room with two single beds may end up being a double bed with two single mattresses on it. The en-suite bathroom was exquisite, felt almost better than the room itself. Check in and out times can be a nuisance. Would have been nice if tea/coffee and a kettle was included in the room. Overall, an ideal stay for a few days in Cologne.
