::The rooms were good, the service at the restaurant and hotel staff was fantastic. The young lady from Poland was incredibly nice and very helpful to myself and my business associates. We were all from the United States, and she was just super helpful.

::Rooms were extremely hot (30C) even with outside temperature of 18C. Cold water from tap and shower was also warm.

::Great price for the quality of the hotel. The rooms are very tidy and modern, for us the most significant benefit was the sauna and swimming pool that are open till late evening. We appreciated the restaurant inside the hotel even though the menu was a bit more expensive, but the food was worth it. We have chosen the hotel based on its location (village area, outside the city center) and it is true that it can be very calm. Still, since the hotel is next to the main road it can get quite noisy, even at like 6 AM and the windows cannot eliminate the noise from cars driving below you. Definitely worth visiting again!

::Advantages: ------------- 1- Friendly people and service, wether at the reception or during the breakfast. 2- Very tasty and divers breakfast: deli, eggs, Wurst, variety of fruits, etc. 3- Beautiful and clean room. 4- Free parking next to the hotel. 5- I liked the shower! Disadvantages: ---------------- 1- Located in Irl, which is far from the city center; the nearest bus is bus number 32; the problem is that this bus departs only once each 1 hr! 2- I had to take a long corridor to get to my room; the corridor was dark, and the occupancy sensor wasn't functioning well; so, lights will directly turn off after beign on! In addition, the emergency escape signs were not lit! 3- There was a non-appealing smell inside the corridor. 4- I tried once their restaurant, and took the Cordon-Bleu: very expensive, and of average taste; I ordered also side fries, and they weren't good at all! I informed the waitress about that, and she just said she was sorry! 5- Average room size (though I was in a double room) and the bathroom was very right! Important note: ---------------- Don't forget to ask about the night entrance, because the hotel entrance closes early!

::I loved the place. I chose it completely by chance and it turned out to tick all boxes for quiet, relax service and comfort. Nice spa & indoor pool, which I did not expect, having overlooked those details during my booking 😊. Clean, tidy, good cooking and abundant breakfast buffet. I'd definitely return!
