  Rezeptionist war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, gut geführtes Hotel. Frühstück toll, war alles reichlich vorhanden, Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, alles wurde sofort aufgefüllt und neu gemacht, sehr zu empfehlen, weiter so!

  Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb der City, ist aber sehr gut mit Straßenbahn angebunden. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. An ein, zwei Stellen im Zimmer müsste es Ausbesserungen geben, Dichtung Dusche, Teppich... Aber nichts was das Allgemeinbild stört. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend mit tollen Tipps für Heidelbergurlauber.

  Meget trivelig betjening. Mitt yndlingshotell i Heidelberg. Ligger litt utenfor sentrum, men trikken tar deg raskt inn dit.

  I was able to spend the Christmas holiday at Hotel Heidelberg and what a charming experience I had. The hotel was very warm and the accommodations very modern while preserving the quaint history of the area. The food in the restaurant was delicious and everyone treated me kindly. I am American with limited German and yet I had no problem navigating through the area or communicating with everyone at the hotel. I highly recommend Hotel Heidelberg and hope to return soon.

  First of all it was super easy to find. We rented a car from the airport in Stuttgart and had no problems navigating there. It's near a main road but not so close that it gets loud at night. The reception person was extremely friendly and helpful, he showed us our room, gave us maps of Heidelberg, and explained the public transportation. The hotel is really close to a tram station which goes straight to Old Town Heidelberg, shopping and stuff. The room was clean, large, very well lit. We got a double bed and a sofa bed, which were all very comfortable. The pillows were great, sheets were clean, towels were plentiful. The bathroom was really nice, shower was easy to figure out, sink was big. Breakfast in the morning was AMAZING. They had a huge selection of pastries and spreads, meats and cheeses, as well as hot sausage and eggs. Lots of tea, coffee, and juice. Check out was super easy. All around a vast experience and I will be taking my family there again.
