  Too expensive for what you get. Basic room. Heater was not working properly, wifi varied from poor to non-existing (poor cell coverage also), no shower gel. Breakfast costs 9€ per person and is average to mediocre. Our package included 1 bottle of Sekt at arrival but there was only water in the bedroom and we had to pay for it. I wouldn't stay here again.

  Comfortable and good value for those on a tight budget. The buffet breakfast is ok but nothing special: can't toast your bread, no fried eggs and the scrambled egg was too dry and rubbery for my taste. And I guess in the off-season, the second smaller building 50m away does not have catering so you have to walk to the main bit for breakfast. This is ok but can be a little frustrating when weather is very cold or inclement. They do not serve dinner but there are a couple of good eateries within easy walking distance, otherwise you'll need transportation to go places. Good luck with the wi-fi: in the smaller building I was unable to get a connection. I was told this is because too many devices were claiming IP addresses and since the mobile reception was pretty poor (on Vodafone at least) I couldn't even use mobile tethering. Other than those niggles, it's in a nice quiet, residential area. Just hope they can improve the WiFi before I consider staying there again.

  The hotel is good in itself but the rooms are quite old. the wireless internet is good and breakfast is sufficient

  We visited this place for the new year holidays. We bought the groupon ticket with the possibility to visit thermarium near the hotel (using the shuttle to get there). In general we're very happy with the choice of this hotel. Clean, nice place with friendly workers. We got free champagne as promised, bathrobes for visiting sauna. Unfortunately, Bad Schönborn is a quiet, but small city and there's almost nothing to see and we had to look for some places to visit. Since there also was an option to take Palmenparadies instead of Thermarium, we drove there (about 20km by car and 1.5hrs by trains) and we just love it! Moreover, luckily, we visited Auto&technik Museum Sinsheim and spent there 3hrs and it was still not enough to see everything. So, we're very happy with this relaxing holidays. Concerning hotel, we strongly recommend it!

  Very quiet location, the room was tidy and comfortable. Big TV with the default kabel channels, WiFi available. Very helpful and friendly employees. Looking forward to returning there.
