::Stayed one night at the Hotel Franziska to visit the Christmas market. Rooms are sufficiently large. Everything is clean. There was no breakfast, but we were told that when we booked, so no problem Underground parking and outdoor parking spaces are available. The gentleman at the reception was very friendly and accommodating. If we come back to Straubing, we will sleep there again if there is a room available. Price is completely fine.

::The stay was ok, but upon departure the owner tried to charge more that was quoted in the email for our group. When I showed her the email, she claimed we were given the wrong price and tried to charge more, she was very very unfriendly and rude about it, condescending. Our lovely and very short stay in Straubing was ruined by her customer service and I would choose to stay at Wenisch or another 4 star hotel in Straubing for only 10€ more in our next trip. Unfortunate
