  Location is good Bus station is just few metres away say 3 minutes walking. Rooms are comfortable

  Smelly room in bad condition. None of the rooms have photos because they are very bad. The pictures show only one room that is kept decent but they don't give that when you book. Staff left the hotel for two days abandoning the guests with no warning. Terribly run hotel. Avoid

  We spent more than 60 days in this peculiar "hotel". They don't know what it is doing the cleaning. If they decided to clean (very unusual) they just clean some parts of the room. Many days they dont clean at all, and when you complain about it they just leave clean towels in the bathroom or they make the bed without changing the sheets. Answering the emails to make sure that you have a reservation is not their style. Once they park their car in front of our car and we couldnt move it. As you read very "enjoyable" experience at this place. P.D. The waiters of the restaurant are very proffesionals and nice, really I wish you the best.

  In the middle of Lipstadt. Big rooms, friendly staff. The area around is well-served fashion, restaurants, cafes, etc

  Rooms or apartments- they are huge compared to the price paid.. It more felt like home due to way it was it was composed. A decent work, a sofa, a plush bed, dim lighting, coat racks. It was a very pleasant stay. All the instructions were in German with no translation so I just had to take a look at all these papers, smile and keep them back😅 Parking was free. The breakfast was a bit on the grander side. The host was very kind to help out my colleague with necessary toiletries because his bag was delayed.
