::This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel but believe it will be my last. In my opinion it’s over priced compared to other 5 star hotels. This hotel may boast about location and it’s building but in my opinion those facts do not command the price for their rooms. I’ve stayed at other 5 star hotels in Berlin where the room was substantially larger (same price or even lower). Also, I was surprised at the service Not as good as previous stays and definitely not up to par to a 5 star hotel. There was no porter at hotel entrance. We had to carry our suitcases. Thought it was because of coronavirus rules. Not the case. We were assigned the smallest room there is and asked if we could be upgraded. We were denied that. Next day we find out the Hotel was pretty much empty (one member of staff informed us). Is one just paying for the brand ? Price for quality I’d give it a 3 star. Slow WiFi unless one pays a 20 euro/day premium.

::Advertises and prices itself as a high 5 star level hotel but something is definitely not there. The hotel lacks a true identity. Decor is mismatches like someone who is trying a little too hard to be something they are not. Breakfast wasn’t bad considering the covid restrictions. Our ‘upgraded’ room robbed us of the view we originally booked and gave up a bushy patio right next to the rooftop bar. Which is rather loud till around 11pm. There is always a line for the rooftop bar. We were stopped FIVE times entering the hotel to go our room and despite showing our room key and stating our room number we were followed to the elevator and watched....we can do better with discrimination Germany. It’s 2020. Where is your ‘finish line’ now? Stay for the location but I think you may find a more personal experience elsewhere...

::The food was pretty bad. Entrecote was rare and cold, after asking to put it on the grill again it come back like it was (due to service the grill was already cleaned but this info I got after I paid). Lamb was the same. Tunasteak was ok but def not worth the price. View is awesome but the rest was pretty disappointing. Service was okay but nothing exceptional.

::Have been there for the lunch menu. The quality and service is extraordinary compared to the price of the lunch menu. Definitely my favorite spot in the city for a meal with a colleague or friend.
