::Friendly staff, except from the very arrogant and impolite hotel manager. Not really a 4 star hotel, more a quite old-style 3 star.

::The Hotel‘s location is quite strategic. Near Leopold Mozart‘s House (Mozart‘s father). This hotel has 2 garages, it cost 8.5euro/day, it s a reasonable price but space is quite limited. Room is clean and family friendly. Breakfast cost 13.5 euro. The hotel only receive visitors who have been vaccinated and have been 14 days since the last vaccination. Children above 6 are obligated to be tested (either PCR/ selftest) if you bring the selftest pack yourself, it will cost you nothing, and they will give you a paper right after you perform the test in front of the reception. Overall it is good.

::What a lovely place. The hotel provided safe parking for my motorcycle and was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good. A 10-minute walk to the main city centre, it was well worth the stroll. Would stay here again. A brilliant atmosphere and loads of people milling around on a warm evening, with loads of places to eat and drink, with plenty of on street seating. Shame we only had one day for our visit. The only issue was the cobbles - didn’t really agree with the bike, but they weren't impossible to ride through.

::Our stay at Hotel Augsburger Hof was everything we hoped it would be and more! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and informed. The room was very clean and spacious - very comfy bed! The breakfast was outstanding. The location was perfect, slightly outside all of the hustle and bustle, but super easy walk into the old town and shopping area. Also, located right next to Mozart's house! We had a car with us and parking was very reasonable and easy. We would highly recommend this hotel for your overnight stay!

::It was a good location -- close to the city center, streetcars, etc. -- but very loud since it was on a main street. We had to keep the windows open because it was very hot and the hotel has no air conditioning. The overhead fan did help, however. And the people were very nice and left me leave my luggage all day. So, I would stay here again, but not in summer!
