  Very comfortable rooms that are also clean and tidy and well equipped. The staff are super friendly and attentive. Excellent restaurant serving good local food. Secure parking is good. Highly recommended.

  Lovely Hotel with welcoming and friendly staff. I arrived very late on the first night and pre ordered a sandwich. This was waiting for me when I checked in and washed it down with a very nice glass of Puglia. Restaurant is also still good with varied menu. Highly recommended.

  I should say that like many places around here Hotel Ambiente fits the culture very well. I am reluctant in giving it 4 stars because it is very dated as compared to most of the places I've seen in my travels. It is very quaint. The people were all very polite. Rooms are spotless. Food in the restaurant was good as well. Only 3 stars because it just feels tired, even though that fits this town very well. I would stay here again.

  Would have received 4 stars if the hotel was rated 3 stars. But with 4 their 4 star rating I do expect a lot more. Decent beds, not great. Low water preasure, even on first level. Quite small breakfast buffé. No bacon, four slices of sausage and so on. Food ran out fast. Big rooms.
