  Zum 2. Mal dort gewesen und wir haben die Liebe zum Detail wieder sehr genossen.Einfach zauberhaft.Vielen lieben Dank.

  Sehr angenehmes Ambiente, ruhig gelegen an einem großen Park. Bahnhof ist bequem erreichbar und die Verkehrs Anbindung allgemein ist auch spitze.

  We loved this place. It is clean, unique and just a short train ride away from the Altstadt. The owner was friendly and gave us great tips on the sights of the city. Breakfast was good.

  Selten so ein unfreundliches Personal erlebt, wie in diesem Hotel. Wir mussten 2 Frühstücke zusätzlich zahlen, weil wir eine Woche vorher noch 2 Zimmer storniert haben, obwohl die noch umsonst storniert werden konnten. Zudem ist die Lage sehr schlecht, um in die Altstadt zu kommen. Sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

  Left to be homeless... literally! Turned up having had this hotel booked for 3 months. Locked outside, apparently you need a code to get in. Tried the intercom system outside for ten minutes before finally getting through to the most unhelpful man in the world. He told me I didn't have a reservation (I did, I even had the email from the hotel) and then he just hung up on the intercom rather than helping me. Imagine how infuriating that would be! Tried to get through on the intercom again but no response, left outside in the cold with luggage. Eventually I managed to book a late train back to Hannover but things could have been a lot worse. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!
