::Very beautiful hotel with a great location. Each room is individually furnished with great attention to detail. The atmosphere in and around the old buildings is very cozy. The staff is incredibly attentive, friendly, professional, and helpful. The only downsides I experienced were that the rooms are not well isolated (it's an old building and it's possible to hear people in the corridors or the music from the wine festival - when it's taking place). Furthermore, there is no AC and the pillows and beds more generally could be more comfortable. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and cozy. Breakfast was great and the available staff constantly replenished the buffet which meant that you had full choice even when coming there later. All in all, I would recommend the hotel (especially when the weather is not too hot).

::Lovely location in the middle of the „Altstadt“. Friendly and welcoming service throughout the stay. Clean rooms and restaurant. A lovely old building which is merge with modern architecture in the back of the restaurant. Food is very good for a 4 Star hotel, so well done to the kitchen team. I can highly recommend the Hotel

::A hotel like no other I've stayed in before. Can't really put it into words as it was stepping back in time with a modern touch. Very nice rooms, hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast and the restaurant served very nice food. Have waited two years to visit this hotel due to the Pandemic and it didn't disappoint. Goslar is like being on a film set and I enjoyed staying at this hotel.

::A great hotel! The building itself is already worth the visit. It is a very old and quirky building with many artifacts. There was an explanation in the room about the building and our rooms in specifics. There was also an explanation about the furniture that are dated to 1730-1850 and which is available for purchase. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was also very spacious. We had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and it was exquisite! Food and vibe. The breakfast was also excellent. Most importantly, the customer service was very kind. Thank you! We enjoyed everything! And we will surely visit again.

::The hotel is in a beautifully and authentically updated historic building. We stayed in the very large and well appointed Gotisches apartment. It was very large, meticulously clean and nicely updated while maintaining the historic architecture including the beams. Staff was friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast. Overall very highly recommend.
