::The restaurant is either understaffed or the staff in place is really inefficient... Started when we arrived, we waited for about 10 minutes standing in the doorway. It seems that to make a 90s show of a flamed meat was more important than taking 15 seconds to send us to a table... Each time some new customer arrived it was a drama, with waiter rolling their eyes and acting like it would be impossible to get them a table, all while getting them a table directly after... Really doesn't feel welcomed in this restaurant. The wait was long and it was hard to get a hold of the waiter. To their defence, them having to search for salt or cacao in another part of the hotel doesn't help. But ignoring customers call is also not a way... The food on the other end was good, well cooked, in generous amount. Nothing fancy or new, but good traditional food.

::Lovely and friendly hotel in the middle of Plauen. Great coffee, breakfasts and comfortable rooms. Would stay again

::Our staying here was perfect, thank you. Personnel is very friendly and responsive. Very good breakfast. Room was clean. For us all was okay. Just one disadvantage - sleeping mattresses and pillows are not comfortable.
