  We booked one night in this hotel and found out it has a Michelin star. Nice room and silent accommodation. We wanted to see what the restaurant got to offer even though we already had dinner. We had two starter courses and a dessert. I'm not much of a fan of 'splatter dishes' but my wife loves it. I must say I was pleasantly surprised! Even a simple eggplant dip was a big treat for my taste buds. The combination of sweet, salty and sour is amazing in everything we had. It wasn't too pricey compared Michelin star restaurants in Amsterdam. So if you're near make a reservation!
