::We were fascinated by the delicious cakes and drinks in this shop but unfortunately they have very rude waiters! My friend and I got the menu ourselves from a customer at a neighbouring table and were just expecting a waiter to help us collect the plates left on the table by the previous customer and help us order, but we sat in the shop for more than 10 minutes and were not served and were shouted at by a male waiter after two smile hints. All our good feelings were ruined and we exited with no coffee. We were disappointed and scared, I would hesitate to think that the male waiter was racist (as he was quite nice to the other tables), I think he may have actually been too busy or just been feeling bad, but either way I don't think that such an unprofessional waiter is a good match for this very special cafe, and I look forward to more professional training for him so that we would be still happy to go there again!

::I’ve read about bad service in reviews and was prepared for it but actually it was more or less ok maybe because there were not many people. Chocolate mousse cake and Dutch hot chocolate were tasty. Interior of cafe is very nice as well, really authentic. Would go there again for a cup of good chocolate.

::A generally enjoyable experience in a cafe with a Dutch influence. The decor is modern but the service is old fashioned (but good). Had an enjoyable coffee and a crunchy, nut biscuit from the display.

::Hot chocolate is so tasty. Sitting area inside is traditional. Service is friendly. Good to sit and rest after walking awhile in the city.

::The cafe is located in the city center, very close to station Kröpke The main advantages: - good location, - nice interior, - great assortment of desserts and drinks (several different varieties of cacao!) But, the staff is very unfriendly: the lady on the counter was unbelievably rude. It seems she doesn't like foreigners. After this kind of service I didn't want to stay in this place
